Creative Rights Policy

Who owns what — and who can use it

At UGCBloom, we believe in transparent, fair creative relationships. Here's exactly how rights work for everyone involved in a campaign.

Creator Ownership

Creators

Creators retain ownership of the videos they produce. Content is published directly on their own channels and pages as part of the collaboration — you stay in control of your creative work.

UGCBloom Promotional Use

UGCBloom

By participating in campaigns through UGCBloom, creators grant UGCBloom the right to repost and feature content on our own channels and marketing materials for platform promotional purposes.

Brand Usage Rights

Brands

Brands can download and use creator videos for their marketing — both organic social media posting and paid advertising campaigns — as a standard part of the collaboration.

This is subject to change if a creator opts out or negotiates additional compensation for extended usage rights. Any such agreements are made separately between the brand and creator.

Extended & Exclusive Rights

Case-by-case

Need exclusivity, whitelisting, or long-term licensing? Extended and exclusive rights are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and are defined in a separate agreement between the brand and creator.

Questions about rights?

If you have specific questions about usage rights for a campaign, reach out to us at xenia@ugcbloom.com. Extended or exclusive licensing arrangements can always be discussed and documented separately.
